“Perfect relaxing getaway. Beautiful, well-equipped apartment with a warm and thoughtful welcome.”
We had a wonderful stay! The apartment offers a stunning view and a beautiful swimming pool, perfect for relaxing. It is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay (washing machine, dishwasher, iron, and ironing board), which makes a real difference. The welcome was incredibly warm, with lovely little touches such as a bottle of wine, olives, and jam – a very thoughtful gesture that we truly appreciated. The apartment is modern, tastefully decorated, and located in a peaceful environment while still being close to the sea. I would highly recommend it without hesitation! Elisabeth

“Comfortable leisurely quiet and peaceful stay!”
Clean and comfortable. Everything you need. The pool was gorgeous, warm and enough subbed and the gardens are kept immaculate. Stephano could not do enough for us, lovely host! “Keep calm and go for a swim”
The apartment is new, clean, well designed and has all the amenities a family with small child (2 years old) might require - including an exceptionally well equipped kitchen! The lower apartment also has a wonderful small garden and patio to relax and run around for the little one and the dog. The next beach is 2 minutes away (there is also a swimming pool available). The nearest shop is in walking distance and the small settlement of Maleme is 3 minutes with the car (there is a well equipped supermarket there). All in all, we really had a wonderful and relaxing time! Additionally, the owner was extremely helpful and provided us with a lot of tips and recommendations!

“Wonderful!”
We are delighted with this place! The apartment is beautifully decorated, clean and very well equipped. We simply had everything - from basic things such as soft towels, bathrobes, towels to a coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher, and household appliances. In addition, there is a beautiful terrace and access to the swimming pool. Pleasant beach 2 minutes from the apartment. Of course, I must mention the wonderful owner on whom you can always count. He recommended us great restaurants and places. Thank you again for your hospitality. I hope we will see each other again someday! :)

“Best place in Crete”
Everything about Calma Living is perfect! The villa is so beautifully decorated, the private terrace with garden is also so beautiful, full of beautiful plants and creating a lovely atmosphere. The pool is large and can be use at any time. The host is great too, providing information about everything you need to know like good restaurants and places to visit in the area. The host also offerd fruits, wine and even breakfast. The beach is not crowded at all and there are a lot of restaurants nearby. I would stay here again!

This is a luxury apartment with beautiful furnishing and decoration. The host, Mr. Stefanos, was perfect to tending our every need and very helpful with any questions we had. The location was breathtaking with only a few meters separating us from the sea.The surroundings of the apartment being lavishly green and relaxing in the eye. That includes the garden are and the pool area. Amenities were exquisite and all in all the stay far exceeded our expectations. We recommend the facility and we plan to revisit when we are in Crete again.
