Beautifully restored historical building with luxurious clean rooms and comfy sitting rooms. Well appointed rooms (tea/coffee/glassware/cutlery) and warm, well stocked bathrooms. Tastefully decorated throughout. Easy parking at the front of the house and great food options within walking distance - especially Barkers (superb breakfast and a range of chutneys and jams to taste/buy).

Loved everything…. Exceptional attention to detail. Finally somewhere that has 2 luggage racks. Well done! Great amenities, clean, tidy room. Fabulous decor, exceptionally comfortable bed linen and pillows Communication with the host was clear and check in easy.

“What a gem of a property that has everything we needed to base ourselves and explore the area with a bonus added luxury”
Charming room and facilities. My husband could sit in the shared living spaces if he wanted needed to. Although we didn’t use the laundry it could be useful to other guests. Very well thought through.

“Its the little things which make this a special placew”
Its the little things which matter - the vicarage looks after the little things, like lounge with coffee, gin, port and games to play. The attention to detail in this place is fantastic. We only wished we would have stayed longer.

Both floors had a cosy sitting room with extra kitchen facilities along with samples of local gins and ports to enjoy. The room itself was exceptionally appointed, cosy and comfortable.
