Unplanned stay after picking up partner in Wanaka and driving back to CHC, all that was available but was pleasantly surprised. Very comfy bed, warm room, Think double glazing as close to the road but couldn’t hear traffic. Basic but very clean. Got in quite late but staff still there and were friendly

The small cabin I was shown to stay in was so hot and airless, with no air conditioning and just a small fan - that I would not possibly have been able to sleep. The sun was still shining into the cabin at 6pm. So I forfeited my payment and had to drive another 20km to find somewhere to stay the night.

Well kept site. Tea & coffee/kettle in chalet. Outdoor seating. Friendly welcoming host. Well equipped kitchen with all cooking appliances. Free swimming pool.

I found the campsite while passing through. The owner was very friendly and helpful. She helped me book a campsite in Dunedin (without a credit card). She personally spoke with the staff in Dunedin and reserved the cabin for me. Thank you again for that.

Great facility. We stayed in 3 bedroom house. Old but very clean and comfortable. Had a washing machine too and a drier available free of charge.
