Shower was cold turns out they had the hot water cylinder turned off and room was cold and heat pump didn't heat it very good

Quiet situation with easy access at ground level. Nice walk in shower with anti slip mat provided. One of us uses a walker for mobility and there was plenty of room within the room. Shelf for suitcase much appreciated by person with restricted body agility.
