The place is so nice and the owner is very friendly and welcoming. Rooms get cleaned regularly and the view is fascinating because you are so close to the sea and the beach.

The location is the best, on the sea, fabulous view, with garden, secluded, just the best. Yanis, the receptionist is very friendly, the cleaning ladies are working hard and maintain the property excellent. It's quiet, serene, just perfect.

The property is located at the end of a bay , it has a lot of caracter and is surrounded by lush greenery.The beach is just the strairway down the garden, beautiful. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen just fine, the terrace equipped with wooden chaits and table , great for the first coffe in the morning, could serve also as a dinning area, sunset watching or a place for a night cup. The garden is just marvellous, sprinkled with loungers, two BBQ areas , playground and variety of plant gems. Nets on balcony doors and at windows-perfect for me. Cleaning and changing bedding and bath linens very frequently and neatly. We had the garden and the beach for ourselves, as we booked the last possible days of the season. A pity , as I would visit throughout the year.

It was perfect, nice location, olive garden, sea view from the balcony, room was cleaned everyday and the peronnel was very nice. Very Hood wi-fi. I can definitely reccomend

The sea view from our room was gorgeous, the balcony was large enough, we spent a lot time there. Amazing value for money. Comfortable bed and pillows. The balcony had a mosquito net. Excellent housekeeping. You can take sun bed to the beach and they will also give you an umbrella, just ask at the reception for it. Right on the beach and there are many excellent beach within a short driving distance. Many restaurants and 2 supermarkets in walking distance. We had a small kitchen corner, sufficient for making breakfast. Private parking. They also have a playground. Beautiful sunset.

Beautiful yard

Beautiful view, very comfortable rooms with everything you need. Family-friendly environment, excellent cleanliness and service. The staff was very polite, welcoming, and always ready to help. I can’t wait to come back next summer!

First of all, the view that you get from there is everything, the garden with the sea is just beautiful. The staff is super friendly, we really enjoyed our stay. Safe parking place, direct entrance to the sea.

“Perfect place to relax and enjoy the seaside”

Everything aside from "perfect" is a waste of words. But to better explain, this accommodation has very friendly and welcoming hosts and staff. Free parking with shade and cameras. Every terrace faces the lovely yard and the sea. The yard is very beautiful, with lots of trees and plants, BBQ with table and seats in the shade and a playground for children. The beach is small, but with natural shade. And if that is not enough, you have to walk 100 meters and there is a "regular" beach. Everything is kept spotless. From the yard, through the studio to the balcony. An admirable job on the hosts and staff side. WiFi is better then at my own home. The towels and bed linens are changed every three days which is more then enough. You get sunbeds and a parasol to use on the beach. And if there is anything you need, you can ask the hosts for help. The stay was quite as can be and beds are very comfortable, so rest is assured. It's also a short walk from restaurants and markets. To which you can go by road, or by the beach as my wife and I preferred. If I missed something, I apologize :D

Everything was perfect, the locaton is at the beach, the garden is wonderfull. It is perfect for kids or for couples. It is clean, they clean every day... The owner is always avaible for everything you need...I will definitly come back ..

“Great property”

This property is worth visiting. We were 2 families taking 3 and 4 bed apartments. The view from the ground floor apartment is magical looking at sea and Kasandra. Giannis is great host, willing to go extra mile. If you do not have umbrella he will provide it to you so you can take on the beach, which is just below the property. It is clean and beautiful, parking also provided and great wifi.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa! The price meets the accomadation, the location of the villa is just perfect. The view from the balcony was amazing! We enjoyed having breakfast or chatting and watching the beautiful sea. The staff was so profesional, they handled all our requests professinaly, they were very welcoming. Also, they were very responsive. Another thing, the room was cleaned everyday and the cleaning ladis were also profesional and warm, especially toward our kid. We really liked the villa, and the yard, it was the right place to have a peacefull vacation. Thank you for everything, we are coming back next year! :)
