The house is located in a quiet place among the olive grove. The owners live on the 0th floor. On the first day there were problems with the internet, but the owners resolved this issue very quickly and were extremely caring. Unfortunately, there is no washing machine in the house and I think this should be taken into account by future guests. The nearest beach is 7 minutes by car. The beds and mattresses are comfortable. Very clean. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils. There was no microwave to quickly heat up food.

Big and comfortable villa, with two separate rooms as well as a sofa in the living room. Well equipped kitchen, amazing and big terrassa with a see view and a barbecue place in the big garden as well. And everything is well maintaned and clean. The owner even made us a lemon cake one of the mornings.

“Best location to relax mentaly”
The apartment hosts welcomed us and handed over the keys 1 hour earlier than the check-in, which helped us greatly with our plans on the 1st day. The photos reflect the exact condition of the apartment, but there are some even better things. Honestly, the best thing is the view of the sea and the field with the olive trees. I can assure you that staying at Villa Giannoula can help you free up your mind and relax. Lastly, the location of the apartment is ideal, as the closest beach (Gerakini) is 5 minutes away, and you also have the chance to go either to some of the Kassandra's or Sithonia's best beaches with a 30-40 min drive.
