“The nicest holiday home ever”

We had best time ever, felt like we were in our own home. House is just adorable, and Nikos made us feel like we were his family. Thanks a million for everything.

The house is very spacious, clean and comfortable. The view from the veranda is amazing. The house is located at very quiet and calm place, very near to the sea and a beach. It has a large yard, beautiful garden with children's playground, and is fully furnished with all commodities, everything is provided to make you feel comfortable during your stay. The Host, Niko, was very kind and took a good care for us to have an unforgettable stay at his house. He had prepared a "welcome package" for us, including fruit, cold water and candies as well as home made marmelade. Communication with him and his daughter was very easy and fruitful. There is a big supermarket only 3 km away. Highly reccomend. We are looking forward to visiting Niko's house again.

Lovely veranda and garden around the villa. The owners have taken great care to provide everything you need inside and outside the villa, including beach chairs, sun loungers and umbrellas at the beach nearby. They were very helpful and kind to us during our entire stay. Short walk to the beach.

“Wonderful and relaxing”

Extremely warm hosts. They welcomed us with fresh fruit and a bottle of ouzo. The house is very, very clean, with everything you need. The atmosphere in the yard is made for a real relax. The sea view from the veranda is lovely. The house has an excellent location - very close to the beach.

Everything was amazing. We had a perfect communication with Elena, the daughter of Nikos from the beginning until the end. Nikos welcomed us in the house and explained us everything that we needed to know. The villa itself is amazing. Beautiful style and comfortable, with a lot of space inside and outside the house. It is located 50 meters from a very nice, clean, wild beach, feels almost like a private one, Nikos has prepared 2 umbrellas, 2 sun-beds and 4 chairs for his guests which is pretty convenient. They are shops and taverns reachable by car for like 5 minutes in both directions from the house. The villa and the place are quite, peaceful and perfect for a nice vacation. NICE HOUSE WITH BEAUTIFUL VIEW AND VERY FRIENDLY HOST! The house is designed in an authentique Greek style, is fully equipped and even with its own sunbeds on the beach which is in a 1_ minute walk distance, At the arrival Nikos was waiting for us with a sweet watermelon and cold beer and water! In the yard there are plenty of things for children to have fun as well as for adults to relax, I definitely recommend this house!

“Very nice stay in Nikos Stone House”

Everyrhing what you need for a perfect relax holiday with family there is. You can park two cars exactly to the house. The sea view from the garden is perfect for a morning coffee. The distance to the beach is good to take off everyday small kids for sleep or have a lunch in the house. The quality of the beach let’s say acceptable for Greece. Elena and his father are perfect as organization and supporting. I would certainly recommend the place to everyone who wants to be out side of the noice and intend to have a calm and relax days.
