Overall, Kostas house is a beautiful place to stay if you are looking for a quiet and peaceful location. The beach is large and beautiful, yet there is almost no one there. The accomodation offers free sunbeds and umbrellas which is very convenient, you just come to your sunbeds, lay down and that´s it, no fighting with other guest, no enormously high prices for sunbed/umbrella. There is wonderful seaview from all three apartments, it takes just a few minutes to go to the beach through an olive garden which belongs to Mr. Kostas. The equipment in the kitchen is a little outdated but suffices. Otherwise the furniture is good, very comfortable matraces and large wardrobes, beautiful, large balcony with table and chairs. Airconditioning works well but we didn´t need it much because we kept the door open. There are very good mosquito nets in the door so there really were no mosquitos whatsoever during our stay. But you of course have to be careful and close it well each time you go through and if you wish to leave the door open at night, you cannot open it after sundown, but that´s obvious. Several supermarkets and grocery stores are nearby, 5-15min by car. Also, there are good restaurants and cafes in Gerakini, you can take a walk by the sea, it takes 20min or 5min by car. Or you can drive to Polygyros, that´s about 15min... The sea is full of fish, so make sure to take snorkel with you :o) sometimes there´s lot of seagrass. The sea is quite shallow the first few metres but not shallow enough for preschool children, for older ones it´s ok. There´s mostly sand in the see, we didn´t use water shoes. We will definitely return, evrything was wonderful...

Clean apartment with a very good location, ideal for families that want to be close to the beach. The owner is nice and very polite. We liked the fact that for 5 mins you reach the beach which was not crowded at all, very quiet and isolated from the other. Also, each apartment could use on the beach tow sun umbrellas and four sun beds.

Perfect location, very optimal location of air conditioning which allowed to keep the air conditioning on during the night. Very friendly host who lives in the apartment on the first floor. The rooms are quite comfortable with access to a balcony with a sea-view. Kitchen is quite OK except the oven. The beach is almost private and huge, perfect for families with small children since the access to water is shallow and sandy. Overall I would say that we had a very pleasant stay and we would come back again.

The accommodation is very close to the main road yet very quiet. There are various restaurants and supermarkets within 5 minutes by car. The highlight is the view from the balcony - olive trees and the beach and the sea. Each apartment also has its own umbrella and two deck chairs on the beach which is just a very short walk from the apartment. The apartment is well equipped and clean. There is parking within the premises and each apartment has its own reserved parking. The host - Kostas - is very available as he lives there.

The host, Mr Kostas, welcomed us to his house with a bottle of olive oil (own production) and figs. Mr Kostas is a great host, with his positive energy, peacefulness, vitality and hospitality. The location is great for those who want a peaceful seaview getaway with access to a practically private beach.

Lovely house, perfect for family vacation. Quiet place, far away from the usual crowd and noise, which are typical for the region. The beach is sandy and spacious and is more or less private for the house.

“Tranquility and a wonderful view”

The location is great for those who want to be away from the hustle and bustle and are looking for a peaceful holiday. Wonderfull view from the terrace to the olive garden, the sea and the mountains. You need a car to get to shops and restaurants but for us this was not a problem, this slight inconvenience is at the expense of the quietness. On the other hand, there is a beach 100 m from the house.
