“Fantastic family holiday”

The property was as beautiful as the pictures show. It was perfect for two families occupying the whole property. We had a fantastic time and would very much like to return. I would also return with a group of friends

A wonderful place to stay! Everything was clean, well-kept, and tastefully arranged. The apartment felt new, fully equipped, and very comfortable – especially the beds with new mattresses. Great location, just a short walk from the beach, and the pool was a big plus for relaxing after a day in the sun. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful, modern, and comfortable place to enjoy their holiday!

“Wonderful property in a great location”

Excellent spacious property, finished to a high standard. The bottom apartment has direct access to the pool which is shared with the apartment above - this was great for the kids! The hosts are very helpful and friendly. They kept us informed and were always available for any questions we had. The location was perfect for us, situated between the first and second finger making the entire area easily accessible by car. Gerakini beach itself is nice and quiet and is only a minute away. The village has some lovely tavernas and a couple of supermarkets. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

“Great place, great hosts, great stay!”

We really enjoyed our stay. The villa was super clean and modern and was quite well equipped. The beds were comfortable and there was room for clothes etc. The pool was very nice! The hosts were exceptionally warm-hearted and super helpful. They gave us great tips for our car tour in Halkidiki and even baked us an easter bread!

Top-notch accommodation, with great amenities, perfectly situated locally (a three-minute walk to the beach, a great supermarket and restaurants) and for exploring both legs of Halkidiki. A personal and uncompromised touch to each and every detail in the interior and exterior of the accommodation, which lead up to feel serenity, elegance and comfort while staying there. No other word than excellence can describe the attitude of the helpful host to their guests-THANK YOU for everything! The accommodation deserves 10/10 rating, I'd give it 20/10 if I could!

“simply perfect accommodation”

Perfect accommodation. Starting with the location, arrangement of the accommodation itself, which is at the highest level, cleanliness, the landlady is always ready to help (she welcomed us with a cake, a bottle of wine, water and other various drinks, as well as coffee capsules). A small note, the house has two apartments, the upper one has an excellent view of the sea, the lower one does not have that privilege, but has direct access to the pool. The pool is extremely clean and well-maintained, and there are more than enough sunbeds and umbrellas. The store is about 30 meters away, and 3-5 kilometers in any direction you have huge markets. The apartment itself has two bedrooms with double beds, and between them are two complete bathrooms. The living room with the kitchen is huge, as is the terrace. the kitchen has everything except a microwave, which we didn't even need. If you want peace, quiet, close to the sea as well as close to both fingers (Cassandra and Sithonia), I think this is the right accommodation.

Our trip here was amazing, the host welcomed us and gave us keys to our apartment. She is very warm and lovely, she lives nearby with her family and is always readily available if/when we needed anything. Apartment was perfectly clean, there are towels available for washing hands and bath time and a separate towel for the pool. Having a washing machine and a dishwasher is such a plus! We are a big family of five, and there are two bedrooms with double beds, and a big sofa that turns into two separate single beds - plenty of room for sleeping. The cleaning lady really does a great job at keeping everything perfect - sheets, towels, shelves.. Everything is truly luxurious. Each room has separate air conditioning and TVs! Bathroom had everything we needed, shampoo and body wash, soaps, big shower heads.. The kitchen is also fully equipped, with enough glasses, utensils, plates, bowls - and brand new toaster, coffee maker, Nespresso machine (it is worth mentioning that the host provides some coffee capsules as well), fridge and a freezer..etc, we cooked all of our meals there. The living room is very spacious, leading up to the balcony which has a table and chairs that overlook the pool, sunbeds, and a very neatly kept backyard - the pool is always clean, it was cleaned while we were staying there as well, it is perfect for swimming and also for the kids because there is a separate smaller pool. Swimming at evening is also allowed, as long as you don't make noise. The house rules are pretty straightforward, it is meant to be relaxing resort-like experience and the other guests who were here in the apartment above us also respected it so we had no problems whatsoever. The beach is walkable distance (sand/small pebble) - but I also recommend visiting Kalogria beach which is 30 minutes away and one of my favourite beaches in Greece.

No matter what I say it will be a little! Everything that can be done for a great holiday is done! Perfect place! Perfect location...and an incredibly kind and smiling landlady! We will definitely visit again because the place is amazing!

“Best place to relax and have a great holiday”

I liked everything and I am very happy that me and my family stayed at this property. House was so nice, comfortable and I felt like being at home. Rooms were spacious, clean with all the facilities needed. location is also great to all great beaches in both parts of Khalkidhiki. I feel more and can't express the feelings I have. Our host was very nice, friendly and helpful. Strongly recommend this place with families or group of people.
