“Unfriendly staff”

Door key was not working, once I have managed the call answered after few attempts, person was unstatisfied about my late call, was arround 10pm. Then he explained that some doors have technical issues and explained how to get spare keys for this issue, call was unfriendly and person was arrogant. I had a feeling that their technical problem with door keys is my issue, never even heard apoligy for that.

Easy self check in, room practical, comfortable and clean as was the bathroom. Great value for money, not far from a big hypermarket, has a great restaurant in site, food was lovely, and you can sit outside the restaurant on the patio seating area and watch the little planes coming and going, like your own private airshow. Everything we needed for a base for the Moto GP at the Sachsenring, would definitely stay here again.

Used it as a stop just for one night during a trip to Poland, was perfect for this, especially the option to check in at any time even after reception is closed

Great place to stay, friendly helpful staff and the rooms are all new furnishings and comfortable beds. Great Internet speed and also good parking aswell for HGVs. Minutes away is a big Supermarket etc. Would recommend, plus very good price.
