“The best accommodation we could ever wish for!”

This was the best imagineable accomodation by the lake; just by the waterfront; you can walk along the shore all the way to the next town. I travelled with my 80-year old mother and young son during the Easter period. Everywhere else was 100% packed, crowds all over the lake. And this area was peaceful, quiet, stunningly beautiful. We were woken by birds singing :) The apartment has everything we might ever need, and more. It is very spacious, pristine clean and fantastically prepared for short or long stay. It is located on the first floor with stunning view from the balcony; with a private entry. I was worried that my mother would find the staris difficult to climb, but it was really ok. On a different note, I must mention coffee capsules; they were awesome and I wish we had such great coffee back at home! The contact with the owner was super-fast and friendly, zero problems. Great parking spot, we appreciated it even more after trying to find any place to park in any tourist hub of the lake :) Shower/bathing facilities - super fun for us :)

“Quiet place to enjoy the lake”

The thing we liked the most was the location: we enjoyed the lake view from the spacious balcony. The village is very quiet, which means not too many restaurants, but this was not a problem as the next villages are very close. We explored a lot by bike and I highly recommend this location as a starting point as you can explore both lake Como and Lago di Mezzola. The appartment is spacious and has anything one might need, looks better than in the pictures. Another thing we liked is that the accomodation has a private parking right in front of the building.

I loved the location. The apartment was spotless. Cinzia was an excellent communicator and was really flexible. We were delayed by 12 hours (our car hire arranged through Ryanair let us down.) Cinzia didn't make a fuss and made it all easy for us. She left us coffee and a bottle of fizzy wine, which was a really lovely gesture. The apartment is perfect and very well equipped. It is a 2 minute walk for a swim in beautiful Lake Como. Nice restaurants within walking distance and we watched a lot of the Euro games at the bar nearby - I think it might have been called Lario? It was a FANTASTIC holiday and I couldn't recommend House Marika enough.

The location was really wonderful. The apartment was fantastic with all the facilities requested. The most important for us was the availability of a guaranteed paking space just in front of the premises. This was determining for us besides the apartment's features.

Everything was clean, kitchen had all which was necessary, Stunning view to the Lake and Mountains around. Lessor was friendly and helpful.
