“Fabulous and lovely place”

The Villa is lovely, in a nice setting, with all the amenities that one needs. Coffee, Tea, water, wine are all provided which is lovely. Jen was super helpfull and also lovely. Comfortable beds, and ample space. Cannot fault the place

The accommodation was really great. Very private. Jen and Nikos were very friendly and could not do enough for us. Will definitely be returning in 2026.

Everything about our stay has been perfect. The communication prior to staying, the welcome, the absolute privacy of this property, the host and their family, the house.. It's a serene place with a big pool. The house has a nice floor plan and it clean and well maintained. The rooms are big and with lots of storage space. The beds are nice. Jen and Nikos are the loveliest people and hosts you will ever meet. The house is well stocked with anything you need. The property is in walking distance of Georgioupolis, and this is such a lively city. Theoretically you would never need to leave either the house or the village.

“Beautiful house with great host”

Jen was a fantastic host, not only she welcomed us at our VERY late arrival with some prepared food and drinks, but also allowed us staying longer at our departure day (there were no guests on the following day). She was always helpful and supportive, but never bothered at all. We loved staying at their beautiful house, which was spacious, absolutely clean and well equipped. The pool is a clear advantage (kids loved it!), there is also plenty of space for chilling out in the evenings. Distance from closest beach is 2 mins by car or a 15 mins walk, do not miss watching the peacocks on the way 😊

Such friendly hosts, felt very welcome and safe. Lovely touch having wine & water on arrival. Bed was very comfy and for me to think this is very rare.

“Lovely villa just outside Georgiopolis”

My partner and I have just stayed here for a week What a wonderful experience. The villa was clean and well equipped. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom and kitchen were good with everything you’d need. The living area is open plan and leads out via large double doors onto the terrace and pool area which is lovely. The grounds are lush and help the sense of privacy. Heres. the important bit , the owners Jen and Nikos are wonderful people. Kind thoughtful and helpful. Nothing was any trouble. They live very close by so are on hand if you have an issue but they’re never hovering so you will still feel you have your privacy. This is what makes Crete special in our opinion lovely people like Jen and Nikos. You go from feeling like a customer to feeling like family. Recommended. One last thing. Jen and Nikos have a bar in the town called Avli. It’s great. Lovely atmosphere great staff an impressive cocktail list and the food is excellent. Try it it’s really good.

Beyond expectations, the photos don’t do it justice. Jen and Nicos were the kindest, most generous people, willing to help in all aspects. The villa was spotless, the bedding very clean and smelt lovely, the pool was very clean not too chlorinated and well maintained. The sunbathing area had sun all day with umbrellas provided for shade. The walk into town was easy and had all you would need and more. And the surrounding area had so much to go for with excellent traditional tavernas and beautiful beaches! Lovely and peaceful at night with great air con! We will be back and recommending to our friends for sure! 😄😄

“Home from home”

Hosts were friendly and helpful but not intrusive. They provided us with homegrown produce. Close enough to Georgioupolis to walk (20 minutes). Georgioupolis is close enough to Chania and Heraklion for visiting.

The villa was absolutely fantastic, the pool was wonderful with the hot weather, there are great beaches close by as well as great restaurants and to top it all off, Jen and her family treated us so well with fresh vegetables from their garden and flexibility with our check in and check out times. We will 100% be coming back when we get the chance!

Niko and Jen were the nicest hosts, always eager to help with our requests and super responsive. The villa is very comfortable and private, well equipped with all needed amenities. It is surrounded by a big garden with fruit trees and vegetables and the pool area is in full sun from early morning until sunset. Our stay was perfect.
