Set in an olive grove 5 km from Georgioupolis and 1 km from the long, sandy beach, Vardis Olive Garden consists of studios with views among colourful gardens, a fresh-water swimming pool with sun beds and parasols and a children's pool. The air-conditioned elegant accommodations at Vardis Olive Garden are generously sized with private balcony, refrigerator, kitchenette and satellite TV. Safes are also available at an extra charge. Breakfast and dinner are served buffet style at the on-site tavern Elies, and are prepared with organic fresh produce from the Vardis Olive Garden farm. “Great place to explore Crete.”
The location is perfect if you plan to explore the island. It is right in the middle of it with good roads to most of the famous attractions of Crete. The pool was a big plus as well.

There is a great place with nice breakfast and mountains view. Nice equipped room and parking area are provided. The team are very nice and responsive. Farm food, close to the lake and horse riding is in 10 minutes by foot

I did not have high expectations of this hotel, but how wrong I was! The setting is perfect, nestled near the mountains, in an olive grove off the beaten track. In walking distance to beautiful Lake Kournas and Giorgioupoli beach, it was an excellent location. The rooms are spacious, we had a mountain, pool and olive grove view - room 112 with balcony. The place is spotlessly clean, the gardens are well tended with lovely orange trees and roses as well as a gorgeous pool, but the best thing about this hotel is the staff. Sofia, Thanie, Maria on reception are kind, friendly, thoughtful and are so cheerful! The restaurant and bar staff are attentive and very friendly and whoever you pass by, you get a "yasas" from. We had excellent recommendations for restaurants as well as a lovely surprise Birthday bed decoration! We were also given a lovely gift when we left of olive oil, made from the grove. Will absolutely return. You were fantastic!

“Beautiful Location! Would definitely recommend”
We had a lovely stay here. Its in a perfect location for exploring, close enough to a main road but not so close that you know the roads there. A beach and a beautiful fresh water lake just down the road too. The setting is just perfect. The staff were all very friendly and really attentive. Would recommend staying here.

The staff was very kind and welcoming. It’s very relaxing, you are in the middle of the nature. The atmosphere is great with the mountains and the olive garden in the background. The swimming pool area is great
