Room was clean, comfortable. Tavern of the hotel had accesible prices. Definitely will stay again.

Our room was spacious, bright, well equipped and clean. The seaview from our balcony was stunning. Set in an amazing location, a 1 minute stroll to the sandy beach and 5 minutes walk to the village square. We also had the use of a swimming pool and beanbag sun loungers. Really good value.

Sunlight Beach Aparthotel is on a very good location, near the middle of Georgioupoli beach. The hotel has an attached taverna with both inside and outside seating arrangements. The room we had was the Deluxe Suite on the top floor (Room 27) and it had the advantage of having two sun terraces, one from the bedroom and one from the living area/kitchenette - we exclusively used the front one for sitting as it had a beautiful view of the beach and Georgioupoli chapel, and was lovely by day or night - a real sun trap - see the photo of the view below. The suite itself was everything I expected for a 2 star hotel but much more comfortable, with the fridge and freezer compartment being heavily used because of the warm weather. Bathroom was excellent and the whole place appears to have been recently done up, with new fittings everywhere - and new AC units too, which you’ll need - it gets hot otherwise. WiFi was stable with reasonable speed and range (it worked on the beach!) and the satellite television offered a range of channels including English options. The town of Georgioupoli has a lot of eating options, and we typically ate out as a couple with food and wine for around 45 euro. However there are some more expensive options - Poseidon Fish restaurant was excellent but cost approximately double that. Nice for a treat! Sunlight Beach Aparthotel has a cafe/bar on Georgioupoli square with a decent cocktail menu, about 5 mins walk from the hotel (and there was plentiful football to watch, pleasing this reviewer!). Finally a word for the incredibly hard working cleaner who was cheerful and left our room spotless every single day - well done!

“Quiet, comfortable and spotlessly clean”

Our room was split into a sitting and sleeping area and both were very spacious, everything looked almost brand new and was spotlessly clean. We were on the third floor with a side sea view in a very quiet room. It was a short walk to our favourite part of the beach (Sun Kiss) and to the supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants. Would totally recommend to anyone wanting a quiet and comfortable stay in Georgopoulos.

Location was perfect beside the beach and had a lovely pool too with a comfortable shaded area. The staff were lovely. The restaurant opened at 10 and closed at 9. The food was lovely. There are so many options for good food. Everywhere we went was lovely. The location was really quiet and peaceful. The beach loungers you pay for a drink to keep them. No daily fee. Rooms were spotless. Cleaned every day. Definitely recommend and we plan on going back as soon as we can.

“Perfect location for a relaxing holiday”

The location is fantastic, less than a minute walk to the beach. Also close to the shops and restaurants and a lovely market square. The owner and his family are very friendly and welcoming, and the food they serve at their taverna is delicious. The sunbeds on the beach are free to use though you have to buy the drinks and food from their cafe, order from your sunbed and the waiter brings it to you. A wonderfully relaxing honeymoon, we are hoping to go back next year.

We had a wonderful holiday as we have in previous years. Apartment was spacious and modern. Excellent food in the taberna. Beach across the road with sunbeds and food and drink service. Thanks to you all.

We enjoyed staying at Sunlight Beach very much. It's a fairly spacious, clean and comfortable apartment which had everything we needed. The location to the beach and town couldn't have been better. We always managed to park within minutes from the property. The bed was very comfortable.
