We loved everything! The hotel is elevated, very beautiful, boutique style, everything is new, so clean, the staff is so nice and welcoming. We were with our 2 teenagers in a room with a private pool, the room was amazing!! Vey big, a lot of space.

Room and private pool excellent. Quiet, relaxed but very sociable. Roof top bar a nice meeting point. All in all a real good feel about the place. Staff very friendly Plenty of parking

We had a truly wonderful stay at Sofia Resort. The atmosphere was warm, relaxing, and authentically Cretan. The rooms were clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated, with everything we needed for a comfortable family holiday. What made our experience truly special was the hospitality – the staff was kind, attentive, and always eager to help with a smile. The pool area is lovely, well-maintained, and perfect for both kids and adults.

A very friendly welcome. We enjoyed the location here. Our room was very nice, spacious, tidy and clean. The beds and pillows slept well (the best of our 3 stay locations in 2 weeks here in Crete) The towels were luxuriously soft. We really experienced luxury here. All the staff were super friendly and from the rooftop you have a nice view. Swimming pool was nice, only the water was cold (but you get used to that quickly). In the area there are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants that are also suitable for vegetarians.

The staff was very nice and always ready to help. We had reserved the apartment with own pool and it was really comfortable and clean. The apartment was just perfect with all the amenities we were looking for. Relaxing at your own pool was just what we needed. Breakfast was also good, a whole lot of variety of options to choose from. We enjoyed some drinks and milkshakes at the bar which had lovely view over the sea. We also used the laundry service and that was convenient. A few nice beaches nearby within walking distance (approx. 1 km). Some shops, restaurants and pharmacies located some hundreds of meters away. We did not have a car but managed to go around very well in the area.

The location is good. The breakfast food is fine but limited varieties. The staffs are friendly and was a nice stay with the family.

We rented the suite with the bigger pool. It was amazing and the kids loved it. It's about 110cm so best for smaller kids, but adults can swim in it too. However it's not fully private as there are glass fences around it so the other guests can see what's going on. Enjoyed the buffet breakfast, and the cocktail happy hours as well. Facilities are very modern and clean. It's near the sea, but with kids we had to take the car to go anywhere. Staff were very friendly.

Absolutely wonderful stay at sofia resort. From the moment we walked in we were greeted very professionally, and everything was explained about the rooms and facilities. Christos went above and beyond to ensure we were catered for. The staff in general were very friendly and helped with every request we had. We built a personal relationship with them and can't wait to go back. The room was unreal, really amazing from the cleanliness to the size and facilities within. The bar was probably the best part, the view was amazing and Nico knows exactly what he's doing when it comes to a drink. He knows his way around a cocktail and even created a new one not on the menu just for us...(the "no name"). Not forgetting the jacuzzi, chill music and ambient lighting at night.
