We were self catering we were met by the owner who explained the area and where things were . He then showed us to our room where he explained everything in the room he also gave us complimentary drinks and water. The apartments were beautiful well equipped and spotlessly clean. The pool area was lovely. The cleaning staff removed waste/ rubbish from the room daily and exchanged linens and towels. We would not hesitate to recommend and return.

“A comfortable and clean apartment with great sea view”

A quiet location but only a 10 minute walk from the village which has a few restaurants, bars and shops. A large apartment equipped with everything we needed and a lovely sea view. It was comfortable and very clean. We hired a car and we were only a few metres from the main road of the island so it was easy to get around and visit places. The pool area was lovely although the bar was closed while we were there. Great staff.

“Perfect relaxing stay!!!!”

The apartment was large and clean with amazing views. Comfy beds and everthing you need for a trip away. The pool area was perfect, with lots of sunbeds and shaded areas. The owners are lovely and the apartments are Just a short walk into town for a meal and a few drinks.

Great place, great people. Tje staf was super helpful, we had quite a few problems to reach the hotel and they were really understanding. Thay also helped us getting in contact with the rental company, which was also difficult to contact.

Our stay at Poledas Apartments was truly exceptional. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and comfortable, with air conditioning and a kitchenette. The balcony with a sea view is the perfect spot for a morning coffee or evening relaxation. The location is excellent – set in a peaceful area yet close to the beach, shops, tavernas, and the bus stop. The pool and garden are well-maintained, creating a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. This is also an ideal place for families with children – the safe surroundings, secure grounds, comfortable pool, and proximity to the beach ensure that kids feel free to play while parents can fully relax. The greatest asset of this place is the hosts – incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming, making sure guests feel comfortable and at home. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, well-kept apartment with a friendly atmosphere, beautiful views, and a perfect location in Crete.

Apart from the amazing apartment, the staff was incredibly friendly and helped us decide where to go. The beach is not far away and the supermarkets and restaurants are really close. It's in the perfect location, not far away from the beach and the town, and not far away from the nature either. The lake Kournas it's really close. Highly recommend it. “Perfect place for a relaxing holiday”

Fabulous hosts and large clean rooms with great sea views and facilities. Valentino and family are on hand all day for any questions or queries. Great location close to shops, tavernas, supermarkets etc. Bus stop one minute walk away although it is reccomended tickets should be reserved in advance but the hosts will do this for you. Close to many beaches. Lovely pool in a garden oasis.

“A fantastic find”

The location is like a little oasis with lots of beautiful greenery. The pool is lovely and whole site was an ideal spot with great facilities. We stayed in a large family room which was perfect and had great air conditioning to help cool us down. The host was really friendly and helpful. Lots of things to do/places to eat in the local area.

“Very smart luxury apartments excellent value for money”

Everything! The property was one of the best we have ever stayed at on a trip abroad we couldn’t fault it the property was very clean and very well looked after there was everything we needed at the apartments from parking for our hire car to pool there was a playground our children it was in a lovely part of the island there was mountains at the rear and beach at the front the owners were very hospitable nothing was to much we felt very safe and comfortable with our family here and would love to return in the future.

Perfect location. The host is amazing, so helpful, and accommodating to all requests. Leaves a feeling of home comfort. It's like visiting a good old friend. The room is immaculate. The private pool is amazing - so clean and the water is fresh and warm. Restaurants and many local supermarkets are a 10-15 minute walk away. I highly recommend this hotel. We would come here again and again.

Poledas apartments feel more like a home than a hotel! The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful during our staff. They helped us book the bus (the bus stop is outside the hotel) and recommended places for us to go. They make the extra effort to make you feel welcome. The pool area is beautifully decorated and serene, with plenty of loungers available.
