Big pool, good location, rather quite surrounding

We booked 3 days in KS Luxury (2 adults 2 Childrens). Please find below my honest review: Location --------- 15 mns if you walk to go to the beach or main Supermarket. We like walking so it was very good for us. Especially when this distance allows less noises from the main road, people etc. The neighborhood is so quiet. The Villa --------- Wow. It's exaxctly what you will say when you will discover it. It's even better than the photos. It's super well equiped. Yes it's true at the moment where I wrote there is no micro wave but there are so many lots of things in more than we really don't care. At many different places of the house, you will find some attentions. Dedicated for you. Dedicated to let you have the best experience. Beds, Pillows are so good. And for the pillows, you have choices: firms or not! The Swimming Pool ---------------------- Size is perfect. Not too big and not too small. Ok, it's the moment to speak about additional charges for the heating. Believe me, I was one of the most who said it was unfair to ask for 50 euros per day after the booking. But finally, I find the price correct for two reasons: electricity is expensive in Greece and it's heated 24/24 and just add the 50 euros to your booking day; it's not too much because the entry price is more than correct. The Hosts ----------- When we visit a new country, we want to discover new places, new culture and of course new people. Here with the offer of the villa, you take the package Villa including Angelikki and her mother. And what an incredible meet. Both are so kind! They want for you the best. And you know it's natural. What a wonderful meet! Conclusion ------------ I'm 53 years. I visited lots of countries. Booked lots of different places. For many reasons, KS Luxury is definitively the best Villa I had the chance to book.

The house was absolutely wonderful – clean, modern, and completely new. The pool was perfect and pleasantly warm, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location couldn’t be better – just a short walk to the beach, supermarket, and great restaurants. It’s truly an ideal place for a relaxing family holiday.

“Great Villa, Fab Owners”

Beautiful clean large modern villa with fab friendly helpful owners, villa is close to a nice little village with plenty of tavernas and a supermarket, you do need a car though. Villa was very clean with nice small pool and little garden, air con and nice lounge area. Owners were very nice and very helpful and had left some food and drink for our arrival which was lovely.

A spacious and well-appointed, modern villa within easy driving distances to Lake Kournas and Georgioupoli and the surrounding areas.Our hosts were very responsive to answer any of the queries we had. Upon arrival, we appreciated the fruit and food left for us. Despite some inclement weather, we had a wonderful stay.

Super comfortable and decorated with a lot of taste. Very spacious.

The villa is great! Brand New, spacious, well equipped. The pool and the area around it ar very well done. The mattresses are very comfortable. There is a spacious living/dining area as well. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Overall a great place to stay and an amazing value for the money. We would love to come back.

I loved our hostess, she was amazing, really friendly and helpful. The house is just great, you have all the amenities you could ever expect. The pool and the grill are great and it is a beautiful place to either go as a couple or with a group of friends. It is next to Lake Kournas which is beautiful and the location is great because it allow you to go to everywhere as you are in the middle of Crete.

Amazing villa so clean, beautiful and peaceful. The owners were do lovely and helpful would highly recommend.

Stavros and housekeeper were just perfect. Everything was solved promptly (and you are really in Greece 😅). They are so kind and helpful. Stavros also bought some food for your arrival and gift when we left, we are so amazed. The villa is beautiful, all you can see on the pics, you will get.

The vila was exactly as in pictures, very well equipmented, was very clean when we got it. very comftrable stay and rooms are great. We do recoomend it for a group of friends or family and we had a great time there.

Our host, Angelika was AMAZING! Super helpful, punctual, professional and always on hand to help. Nothing was too much for her and she made the whole experience excellent. Maria, the housekeeper was FANTASTIC! So friendly, welcoming, excellent at her job and it felt like we were not guests but meeting family. Loved every minute of our stay.
