new, clean, near beautiful large beach. Suites guest get free access to the beach first front beds. À la carte food was great. Main restaurant food was alright.

Room was spacious and spotless, the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to help with anything I needed. The gym had a wide variety of equipment and free weights. There was plenty of delicious food with options for everyone. Lots of entertainment, live shows and fun activities throughout the day. The waterpark was a blast.

The food was incredible, resort has good facilities for the family and the beach is beautiful.

“Excellent hotel”

Nice rooms, recommend presidential suites in the main building. Swimming pools were very nice, not crowded and noisy as in many hotels. Good food and wine, excellent dinners at the beach included in halfboard. Sandy beach was wild and beautiful with cozy belibeds and lots of bars in walking distance. With kids more than comfortable, still time to relax.

This property is new, very clean, has friendly staff and great manager who really does an excellent job of making everyone feel welcome and works very hard. The entertainment team are very good and there is sports for teens. This appealed to our sons as often there is a kids club for small children but nothing for older kids. The water park is good and there is a very nice beach across the road from the hotel - although when we stayed it was stormy and it was mostly not possible to swim but I think we were just unlucky. The food in the restaurant was also excellent which was a pleasant surprise as this was our first time doing a half board package.

“beautiful hotel and beach”

beautiful modern design and I loved the pool, I stayed there most of the time and the beach is lovely. you can use the Bali beds on the beach and there is little buttons to press when you want to order something(both at the pool and hotel) the pool bar is very nice to watch the sunset and have a drink in the evening too. They upgraded our room from a deluxe junior suite to a presidential suite with a private pool which was lovely! We really enjoyed having the pool and extra outdoor space. Just a note for some people that may want to get room service, they don’t offer that at the hotel at the moment and there is a bit of a big gap between lunch and dinner time - lunch is 12.30 - 2.30 then dinner is 6.30 - 9.30. The food was ok but not much variety mostly the same things everyday. I am a little bit of a picky eater so it was a bit hard to find something that I liked on some days. The desserts, cakes, baklava were great though. It is not too far from rethymon town, reception can get you a taxi which is about 25 minutes into the town and costs 29 euros one way. We used George traitorakis travel company and they are very good. The hotel should have their contact details. They also greeted us with drinks on arrival and gifted us some olive oil when we left which was a nice touch :) most of the staff are very nice and welcoming. Perfect location I’d you can’t to explore chania, rethymon and surrounding areas but you will need to drive, or take a taxi or bus. Also great if you just want to relax, eat drink and sleep in a beautiful place! Would recommend
