A lovely hotel in a beautiful village, with a superb lake and great Italian restaurant within easy walking distance. Probably the biggest breakfast buffet I've ever seen! And fantastic hosts - friendly, welcoming, chatty, couldn't do enough for us. We intend to return to explore the beautiful area more fully.

Extremely understanding and compassionate staff. Waited for us till 2 AM as we arrived super late due to the road conditions. We were still welcomed with smile and kindness. Top service every time.

“Excellent service, lovely hotel!”
Staff was extremely friendly and obliging. They welcomed us like family and immediately gifted sweets and small toys to our children. They gave advice on nearby restaurants and visting the flagship Storck sweets store. The rooms were clean and cozy, the beds were comfortable, there were big bottles of mineral water free in the room. Free parking was a bonus. At breakfast we had a table already prepared for us, complete with a plate of sweet options for our children. Fabulous service.

“A lovely place”
Very nice hotel with nice staff. I also really liked the room, it was big enough and clean. For breakfast, you can find food for every taste. There is even gluten-free and lactose-free food, but I advise you to warn the hotel about this concern in advance. Small sweet gifts are also very nice signs of attention.

“The friendly hotel”
Extremely friendly staff! We got the most friendly welcome even though we arrived after check-in time. Generally a lovely atmosphere in the hotel. Great breakfast too!

“Cozy family-run hotel close to A4”
This is an excellent, cozy and atmospheric, traditional hotel. Very friendly owners. Beautiful view from rooms on higher floors. Parking is free for the guests and there are quite a few places available. The hotel is easily accessible from A4 for a sleep-over while travelling and Georgenthal is a beautiful little town worth a visit on its own.

“Excellent overnight stay”
All the staff are amazingly nice and do everything and more. One could not wish for a better people to handle the stay. I am dedicated to come back and spend more time in this hotel exploring the area. Job well done!
