Firstly, I appreciate that the room was clean and neat, which I value highly. I also found you to be very friendly and helpful during my stay, thank you for that. However, I did face a few challenges that made the stay less comfortable than expected. The room was very small and felt quite cramped, making it difficult to move around or use the space easily. There was also no adequate space to iron clothes, which made things a bit inconvenient. Additionally, I found the room very cold, and the heating didn’t seem to warm the space effectively. The TV was also limited. I wasn’t able to log into my own DStv or access any streaming services, which was disappointing as I had hoped to relax and enjoy some entertainment. Overall, I would say the apartment is more suited for a short “sleep and go” stay rather than for relaxation or extended comfort. Once again, I do appreciate the cleanliness and your hospitality. I hope this feedback is helpful for future improvements.
