Not provide parking..because parking under 3rd party..if want to parking need to pay per hour RM2..overnight need to validate t&g card & need to pay RM8

“Bad. Stole our deposit. Not as advertised.”
It was poor. Bathroom flooded, playground so dirty & broken our 3 year old even didn't want to play. And in the end, they didn't give us our room deposit back because the cash was 'locked' in the draw. We left them with our bank account details, but we know they've just stolen the deposit money.

“Phone with international calling capability”
Room phone allowed direct international calls which was essential. Rates were reasonable and call quality was clear. Could reach my office easily without relying solely on mobile data.
