“Better don’t booked this home”
Not worth for money. No shampoo in shower. Basic Things or items not provided, till now never return deposit money. Don’t stay in this house. Staff are very rude.

They mentioned as available although its fully booked. So i received a great surprise during confirming the check in details. My family was on the streets for 1 day in Penang.

“Worse place to stay.”
Initially paid by credit card but admin demanded us to pay by Bank Transfer, Admin didn’t alllow us to enter premises even after done Bank Transfer, Demanded to pay cash. We have no choice to pay cash to enter into premises. Half a day wasted staying outside. We went his Bank to check the Bank Transfer. Paid RM 50 x 2 to take taxi to Bank to confirm receipt of our Bank Transfer. No TV, No Wifi, One of the Bathroom flooded, one of the Aircon spoiled. He only pay us bank cash amount plus the deposit at the time check-out. Very rude attitude. 14 people in my family suffered. Worst and very bad experience faced because of the Admin/owner.
