maybe the facilities in the house can up to date a bit, though there's a provided tv box, however we could not access to it, as we tried multiple ways and it still not functioning. And there are ants litter around once we left food on the dinning table, this is quite inconvenient for us as well.

“The furniture is new and the room is very comfortable. You can walk everywhere; shopping malls and public transportation”
It has all the amenities you could want in a home. We loved the room we booked for the view of the Twin Towers. The pool and gym are extremely enjoyable. items are new We have a bit of a fly problem towards the evening, but just keeping the windows closed should be enough; the air conditioner does more than enough work on its own. This wasn't a problem for us either.

Close proximity to eateries and gurney drive . Comfortable, equipped with basic kitchenware and gadgets . Nice balcony and seaview. Convenience stores and coffee shop downstairs .

Host created a WhatsApp group where every little information about the room, location, … was posted and this really was helpful to understand and do things better. Location of the property is nice, quiet and closer to gurney. Property was just similar to how the photos were posted, clean and well maintained. Picture perfect property.

We like the location. We mostly travel by Grab from the property to places like Padang Kota, Lebuh Chulia and Georgetown.

I like the location of this stay, located at the center of penang island near to many attraction spot. Easy to find local food hawker. Besides, the decorations in this stay are simple yet very nice to accommodate me and my family. All eletrical appliances are in good condition except for iron. Water heater, fridge, microwave are functioning well. After communicated with the host, they replied that they will replace the iron the next day since their staff is already heading back home. It is understandable since it was already late evening.
