The room, room facilities, and location were very good. But the staff misunderstood and started with the not ok conversations called us to stop while walking up the stairs to the room and asked if we stayed here or why were we walking up to the room even we had already checked in the day before. Even she apologized for that later but that situation should have not happened to stop the guests with a very bad yelling to stop like that. Also we asked for room making, beds were made but no new towels and bottled water were provided even we used and ran out of bottled water. We had to request after reaching the room. I was not sure if they were new bottles or re-filled in the old bottles. Would be much better if there is the staff on-site apart from restaurant open times.

The room is huge, and the decoration is very authentic. It has a comfortable bed and everything basic, and it's connected to the Peranakan Museum. You can even order their Nyonya food through a room service.

The location is strategic, walking distance to many restaurants and tourist spots. The room is clean and bed is comfortable. We had all our needed necessities. The place is quiet and we could rest well.

“High standard room in the centre of the town”

Very clean appartment. Perfect location. Exhaustive instructions incl. video sent at the day of arrival. We paid deposit by cash at the restaurant and everything came smoothly. The toilet was luxurious :-)
