Joseph is a very helpful host. He has provided us with all the necessary information from checking in to using the Internet /TV etc. The staff at the check-in desk is also friendly and helpful. A guy even help me when I was checking out. Not sure if he is a staff or a customer 😁 All facilities in the apartment are working and the apartment is very clean and comfortable. The environment is very quiet and management did a good job in keeping it clean. The cleaners are also polite and friendly.

“Perfect apartment in Penang”
The apartment is amazing! It's very clean and has everything you could possibly need for a short or long stay. The bed was super comfy and there is a great view of the water and city. There are lots of shops and restaurants close by. The hosts are very friendly and very responsive. I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again in the future.
