“Easy Access to Tourist Spots”
It's nearby to some attraction and eateries. Walking distance to Ferry Terminal and easy access to public transportation. Beds were cozy and we slept soundly after walking around town.

Really good location, walking distance from the sights around but need to take grab or taxi to get to penang hill or temple. Had a water filling station in the lobby which was great for hot days.

“A terrible night in Penang.”
The bed sheets are unclean and caused me to itch, even there was a blackout that night, forcing me to move to another hotel the second night. This was very disappointing because I believe cleanliness is a basic requirement for a hotel.
