The living hall and the master bedroom are spacious, and there are 2 toilets. The entire unit is clean and we had a comfortable stay for 4 day 3 nights days. Chiang, the owner of the unit is prompt in replying, will recommend places to eat and visit with links, cutting down for me to do my researching. Chiang is willing to consider our appeal to extend the checkout when when unit is available. The view of unit and level 26 was breathtaking. The building also have a great gym and a infinity pool for exercising too.

Host Chiang was courteous, punctual, and gave clear instructions to make our check-in a breeze. He was patient and prompt in replying to our queries and even gave us valuable local recommendations in terms of food and places to explore. The apartment exceeded our expectations with floor to ceiling windows on a high floor with an amazing view. The living room and bedrooms were large, clean, comfy and had all amenities provided. Property facilities include a gym and an infinity pool on the 29th floor with a jaw dropping view overlooking the Penang bridge to peninsular Malaysia. Location was great too with a short drive to Fisherman Wharf foodcourt/ waterfront park and Gurney Plaza/Paragon/park, for affordable meals and scenic walks/runs in recreation parks next to the sea.

The apartament itself is wonderful and has all the amenities needed for a cozy and confortable stay. The building as well as the apartment have a panoramic view of the surrouding area - especially on the top floor where the pool is located. A special thanks to Chiang for being such an attentive and caring host! He made us feel like we were at home and always made sure that we had everything we needed inside and outside of the flat.

The apartment was bright and spacious with high ceiling. We enjoyed the big glass window with beautiful view of the city. It takes around 10-15mins drive to most of the popular tourist place. It also has traditional kids video games. The water pressure was ok too. The host was very friendly and was there to assist us during check in.

“The building is in a industrial area , not many places close by to eat or shop but easy to get grab.”

The host met us & was very friendly and even suggested places to eat. The view from the apartment is amazing & my daughter and granddaughter were mesmerized watching the rain & lightning storm from the floor to ceiling window.
