This is a gem of a property, great location with beautiful beach on the front door step … steps from a couple of great bars and restaurants .. clean, quiet and well maintained - we loved our 8 night stay and didn’t want to leave !!

“Fabulous stay on seven mile beach”
Awesome place right on the beach! The room was fully equipped for our week long trip. Fun pool and tennis/pickle ball for the kids. Next door to reef full of fish, stingrays, waverunners for rent, lots of restaurants!

Wonderful location, very spacious room with kitchen, which is very useful for the stay. The apartment is very clean and beautiful, with convenient and lovely onsite pools. Most importantly, the property's own beach is perfect!

“Lovely, clean and very comfortable apartment with a beautiful view.”
The apartment was really lovely. Super clean with all the facilities one needs to self-cater. The beds were really comfy. Amy the property manager, is exceptionally friendly and helpful. There are some excellent restaurants right across the road. As mentioned in other reviews and as stated by Regal, the beach directly in front of the complex has been washed away. This did not bother us however, as we spent most our time doing activities away from the apartment or at Bonnymoon beach club on the north side of 7-mile beach. (It's super easy to catch the public bus for $2.50 pp). The view from the pool area is still beautiful especially at sunset.

Great location and value for money, given how expensive GCI is in general. The unit had all the necessary toiletries and kitchen supplies needed for a comfortable stay. Check in was quick and easy, as they send email with all the details needed on the morning of. Very responsive staff. They also have maid services which is a nice touch since most rental places don’t offer. The patio was the selling point for us to book this place and it didn’t disappoint! We experienced many beautiful sunsets and sunrises from it! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back.

Easy-check-in/check-out. Great location close to everything on the SMB. The bedrooms and the overall unit space is very comfortable and perfect for families. The pools and beach are great as well!

Our stay in unit 311 was overall very good. I would have given this stay five stars if it were not for just a few small things listed above. The location was good and the small beach was nice. Walking distance to many restaurants. The unit itself was renovated and up to date. I appreciated having all the stuff needed to cook meals.

“A Well Run Condo Complex”
For a full review of Regal Beach Club, please see my review of March, 2023 in Trip Advisor from our trip last year; details there are still valid, except as noted below. Our unit this time was 232, and the facilities in the unit are equivalent to those in unit 531, which we had last year. Unit 232, on the third floor, has the advantage of having the balcony always being shaded, whereas 531 is partially in the sun during the day. On the other hand, we found the view from unit 531 to be more to our liking. Also, a special note of appreciation for the help provided by Amy; she's a gem, and a great asset to her organization.

“A great time with three young kids!”
Very clean. Balcony had a great view of the ocean. Staff was very friendly. Communication with rental company was easy and quick. There are a couple of restaurants and bars within walking distance of the property.

“No Beach - false advertising.”
False advertising - NO BEACH! They show pics of people relaxing on the beach from 2 years ago. Yes - it was a nice condo but if your expectation is to lounge on the beach, just know there's NO BEACH.
