Hotel and their facilities are well kept and clean. Meals served in restaurant are of high quality, food are freshly made. The variety of foods available is plentiful.

Excellent service, especially thanks to Dana. She has been exceptionally good! Prior to my arrival, I communicated via email for addiitonal arrangements and they were quick to respond, and were able to address my needs.

The staff was very kind and easy to reach out to. The room was nice though some pieces of furniture seen better days (eg. office chair). Nice view through the window. The breakfast was nice though I'd like better fruit selection and peeled oranges for a 5 star hotel (not really a problem). I didn't try pool/sauna/gym hence cannot opinion about it.

“Wonderful hotel with excellent rooms”
The room was larger than expected with a huge window overlooking the harbour. There were two comfortable chairs and a table to enjoy the view. The room was spotlessly clean and well laid out, with lots of space for clothes and luggage. The front desk staff were very helpful and phoned for a taxi whenever we requested one. The air-conditioner worked well.
