“A comfortable and enjoyable stay with just a few areas for improvement.”

The property was clean, comfortable and well-located. We did experience some congestion with the elevators at busy times, which occasionally resulted in longer waiting periods. One time, we decided to just take the stairs from 13th floor after waiting for too long. The kitchen facilities were also not fully equipped for our needs. No scissors and microwave provided. However, these were relatively minor issues and we still had a pleasant stay. Just a heads up, security deposit was required upon check-in and they only accepted local bank transfer. Had to ask someone local to wire the money on behalf of us.

“WORTH FOR MONEY”

The room is nice. Got many pillow which i like it. The location was very on top. Close to CU mart. Restaurant ( indian, malay, chinese, mamak) all is there. You can even walk ( around 5-7 minutes). Easy to check in and check out. The house is nice. Clean, no dust, toilet is good. Got extra matress. Got 2 queen bed size. And also extra 2 matress. Fit for 4-6 person. Even the living room is huge.

“the property needs to have microwave /air fryer”

We need to pay RM200 deposit to a personal account which I feel not secured and without the deposit there is no free parking which I have to charges RM15 for overnight. Also, the washing machine is leaking, and they should put a remark for no to use

Rm 60 is being charged for cleaning but yet is not clean properly.

The bedsheet smells, when entering the property got one bad smell.. The person incharge was not helping at all, rude and take so long to get back to us.. if short hand, please at least get few assistance or anything to respond to ur customer.. Dont make ur customer waited for you for hours! The deposit was so expensive more than 5star hotel, and the service was so bad!

But the staff no good...I'm late payment, you staff coming my room and send my all thing out door ..I'm have uncle old man also in site room ..but you staff call they also check out room stay down lobby until I'm coming back room 2am to bring my uncle go back home at KL..it's not good for humanity service
