The free parking instructions were not clear. We were told to show our touch n go card at time of checkout to refund our parking payment but we were not told to do it before taking our car out of the parking lot. So when we brought our car around for checkout they told us our parking fee could not be waived as we had taken our car out of the parking lot so we had to pay for all nights parking.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The service was exceptional—staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and convenient location (shuttle service).
