Room Very clean and near First World hotel.

Room was indeed small as mentioned by host. But it's ok, as it's just to sleep for the night. Good location, near to sky casino, theme parks and many food options. Genting is cool enough even without turning on the fan. No bottled water given.

too be honest this is not from the official first world hotel, is resale service. someone had the room (from casino) and resale it to you. the good thing is they will meet you at the lobby and hand over the key to you, no need to queue for check in. this is not the first time i stay at the this hotel, but i still feel insecure by doing this. consider illegal in Malaysia. but I do not have a chhhooiiicceee!!!

The location was good, near the casino and restaurants. The staff met me near the lift to hand-deliver the room access cards so I didn't have to deal with the check in machine.

The room is in Tower 3, has a nice view on clear days. Its small but clean. My two kids and husband fitted in. The beds are comfy. The host is nice, even got someone to help us with our luggage, since we were unable to manage, with the two kids.

I like the location as convenient to the shopping Mall and Team Park

the host was very helpful and guided us to the elevator of the tower. She also shared some information with us and reminded us of the check-out time. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable, so we had a good sleep there.

I can accept a hotel where the window faces the patio and other rooms are opposite. But I can't accept a patio full of trash outside. I complained to the staff and she said it was the tenant's bad behavior. Therefore, the hotel is only responsible for doing business and collecting money, and does not manage hygiene at all. Three years ago, we just experienced the painful Wuhan pneumonia, and now there is news about the spread of tuberculosis. Hotel management, do you have a conscience?
