1.I felt i’ve been scammed, bcause booking.com gave a misleading price. Upon reservation, price showing in booking.com is RM97, but when i proceed payment, booking charged my creditcard amounting RM200 without me knowing what is the additional charges that led to RM200. I received the final receipt of RM200 without and breakdown of charges. I called booking.com to complaint on this, then only the staff informed the breakdown of the charges, which includes the sustainabilitg charge, tourism charge, cleaning fees and other additional charge. The reason im bot happy bcause booking didnt show the whole charges upon reservation, i only got to know after i madr a complaint. This price is very misleading and booking didnt provide the correct charges at the beginning. 2. When i arrive at the property, i called the staff to collect house key. I called 3 numbers multiple time but no answer eventhough they were listed as emergency contact/urgent enquiries. Staff no:- • 011 7246 1860 (MS AIN) • 010 830 7450 (MR DARREN) • 011 1601 3022 (MS MILA) 3. Mold in the toillet. I would like to report mold build-up in the toilet area. The mold appears to be growing on the sink and is causing hygiene concerns. The owner of property should do inspection and cleaning as it can harm the customer

The location is great. The kitchen provides full equipment for cooking, got water dispenser machine. However they only give plastic plates and bowl. The cleaning dishes sponge was not replaced with new one. The mattress is very comfortable..

After getting in to the room, found that one of the room has no power, the hair dryer was not working, texted the PIC, they able sorted it the issues immediately, fixed the power and changed to new dryer. Overall experience was good.
