“I am deeply disappointed with the poor condition of the room. It was unsafe and inconvenient.”
I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the condition of the room provided during my recent stay. The room was extremely dirty, smelly, and did not feel safe at all. Both the room and the toilet were in such poor condition that it felt as though I was staying on the street rather than in paid accommodation. Despite the high room rate, the facilities were far below basic expectations. I was unable to sleep the entire night due to the discomfort and condition of the room. In addition, the door handle was broken and had not been repaired. This is a serious safety hazard, especially if children are around — an accident could easily happen. Based on my experience, the room should be closed immediately until it is properly refurbished and brought up to a professional standard. My stay was highly disappointing and unacceptable.
