“Unpleasant experience”
There was no prompt reply form the host regarding the check in procedure. I need to wait for about 15 minutes to 1 1/2 hour to get the reply from the host. Check in time is at 3pm. By 3pm I still did not get the details on the unit. When I asked for it at 3.15pm, I was told it will be given only when I arrived at the unit. ??? I arrived at 4.45 and text the host to get the unit details and again need to wait 15-20 minutes for the reply. Once reply with the mailbox no, the mailbox was empty!! Again, text and waited for the reply. Only manage to check in at 5.45pm. One hour after arrival. Such an unpleasant experience. Host should give all the details regarding the check in procedure before 3pm and make sure the access card and all in the mailbox.

Hi, I would like to raise a complaint regarding my current stay at Geo 88 Genting. I have been using Booking.com for more than 5 years, and this is the first time I have encountered such an issue. I am quite disappointed with the experience. Before check-in, I had clearly informed that I require parking for 2 cars and had provided all necessary details including my identification and car plate numbers as requested. However, upon arrival, there was no clear instruction given regarding the designated parking lot. I also attempted to contact the management, but my calls were not answered. Due to this lack of communication, one of my cars was parked in an area that I was not informed as restricted, and it was subsequently clamped. This has caused inconvenience and financial loss on my side. I believe this situation could have been avoided if proper guidance was given by the management. I kindly request the management to take responsibility and resolve this issue, including the clamp charges, before my check-out tomorrow. Thank you.

Poor customer service. Late reply not answering cl . 3pm check in but they reply msg on 5pm so wasted of money last minute reply . Cant cancel the booking also because they reply msg late and not answering the call . Not refund also Cant .
