Went into the room and found the bed was not made up. Sheets that looked used by previous occupants seems to have been relaid. On requesting they brought another sheet which was also not ironed and did not look freshly laundered. Photos attached. A lot of dirty mattresses were piled up on the dressing table right in front of the bed. The person who came to change the sheet refused to remove them. Photos attached. How do they expect someone to sleep with a pile of dirty mattresses right in front of the bed???? This is not a serviced apartment, looks like an AirBnB that somehow registered on booking.com as a regular serviced apartment. Luckily even though it was late at night, I managed to book another room in a hotel not far away and moved there as it was impossible to stay in such a place. Imagine lying in bed and looking at a pile of dirty mattresses right in front of you. Booking.com representative responded to my call immediately, I appreciate that. The lady tried her best to get it sorted out but did not have much success, not her fault. I thank them for their quick response. I travel quite a bit and this is the first time I needed to call for help in over 15 years of using this site. The immediate response from Booking.com gives me the confidence to continue using them. Even if it did not work out as expected, the fact that they will respond quickly in a strange land is very nice feeling. Thank you.

Our stay at Genting GEO 38 Residence was just wonderful. The comfort is perfectly combined in this unicorn-themed property, which is perfectly situated in the calm beauty of Genting Highlands. The air-conditioned room was amazing, including a private pool and a terrace with wonderful views of the mountains. The free private parking and WiFi were handy extras, and the on-site restaurant provided tasty meals. After a day of exploring, the sun deck and sauna of the flat offered rest and renewal.

The facilities are in moderate good condition and we can use all of them at once. This is a very good arrangement. The room has all that was needed.
