View was amazing. They even allowed late Check out without additional fees which is normally not provided by many hotels. The apartments also had amazing restaurants and supermarkets. We approached the Admin for extra bedding which was promptly provided

“the worst stay in Malysia”
nothing at all. they did offer to change us to a different apartment in another building. This would have implied going with 2 kids and 8 pieces of luggage (don’t ask why we had so much…) back to another building first to get a new key and then again 300 meters to the new one they were offering. It was raining and evening so impossible with the kids so we had to stay.
