The accommodation is steps away from metro, train and bus stops. The district is full of restaurants and grocery stores. You can come and go at any time. The owner is helpful with everything. The accommodation is spacious.

“Nice stay”
The property was a cozy studio. Good location as next door to the metro which was less than 20 minutes to the centre of Paris. Facilities were reliable and staff was friendly :)

“Good location but require improvement”
This is separate apartment on first level. Located close to metro and food places, shops also nearby. It has electrical stove. Quite new furniture on kitchen and bedroom. But bed sheets were not cleaned unfortunately and I had to ask for replacement.

“Perfect Location. Great Value. Lovely Apartment.”
The apartment was lovely, just what we needed for a few nights as we travel around Paris. Bed was a 10/10 as well as the apartment, it was very spacious and functional. The apartment is right next to the Gentilly train station, the perfect location to travel anywhere in Paris. The host was always around incase you needed anything which is very handy. Overall, a great location to travel easily around Paris and very much worth the price. Mercí.
