Excellent, cozy apartment. We really enjoyed our stay there. It's certainly not a Hilton, but all the basics were up to par – a comfortable bed, very quiet, wonderful sleep, excellent water pressure, and most importantly – an unbeatable location. There's a supermarket nearby, the train station is nearby, and 12 minutes to central Paris – simply wonderful. And the host is simply wonderful, cheerful, and responsive, ready to help at any moment. Thank you, Riad. We'll definitely be back.

“Great and quiet location close to Paris”

Great location near the RER B train - you arrive/depart straight from CDG airport (same line also connect with Orly Airport). Property has everything you need - and what you may need Ryad (owner) can provide you, he really made the difference providing guidance to bakeries, market and things to do around. Very quiet location, but good services around (5 to 10 minutes walking). Train will take you easily to the heart of Paris in 15-20 minutes, good connections all over. Thanks for your hospitality Ryad, definitely a place to return when back to Paris !

The manager was really kind and thoughtful, the place is nice and comfortable. Arrival was well coordinated and manager is flexible on check in/out .

The position of the accomodation is just great. The RER station is some 200 meters far away, the same with the grocery shop. The surrounding area is calm, without extensive traffic and noise. The appartment is cozy and clean (I recommend moving the furniture around the bed from time to time). The windows lead to the yard which is calm and shaded, and was great to have a shadow area in hot summer days. The owner is very friendly and caring, ready to deal with issues (solved the problems with wi-fi). He bought me a food for the breakfast and provided me with clear instructions to the equipment.

Bekkar was very enthusiastic and helped us a lot, so that we can feel spring in the cold Paris. It is very convenient to travel to Paris, especially after the change in the ticketing rules of the French subway.

Place was immaculately clean, very accessible by train, which takes you into centre of Paris in a few minutes. Host Riadh was very welcoming and went the extra mile to explain everything and privide us of what we need. Comfortable beds, relaxing place and kitchen well equipped. Also, pleanty of shops, supermarket, eating place nearby.
