Very friendly and efficient receptionist, everything was explained about the hotel facilities. Meal times and bar serving hours were printed out for us on arrival. Wonderful room with a view of the lake. Comfortable beds and lovely bathroom.

The room had a small hot air fan never seen a thing like this in a 4 star hotel. NO CENTRAL HEATING NO AC HEATING ? . . I paid 20 euro extra for a double bed.A double bed was 2 single beds with a matrass topper on top during the night the beds would separate not really a double bed and certainly not worth 20 euro extra
