Location is amazing, big parking, golf fields if you play golf, two restaurants (in the hotel) and across the hotel) but for any other places you need to drive. Pet’s friendly ❤️ Breakfast is very good Cozy bar

“Beautiful setting & great food”
The grounds of the hotel were beautiful. Staff very friendly! Good choice of restaurants. 2 fine dining and 1 more casual bar/lounge. 10 minutes drive to Genk Central. Room sizes were good and very clean! Great channel options on the tv also!

“Charming and warm atmosphere in the outskirts of Genk”
Surprises for the dogs in the room, nice atmostphere in the hotel, great service and unique charm and decor. Had dinner at the bar and the food was delicious!

Clean rooms and swimming pool was a welcome bonus (water could be somewhat warmer at the end of November when we stayed). Clean towels at the pool and clean changing rooms. Pool table. Possibility to use the pool after checkout. Private parking.

Good evening, I would love to complain about service of hotel. I required more long stay - the front desk manager was not able check very simply data. I asked to put my drinks on my room number - how it’s should work in hotels of your level. There was stuff running around and screaming in Arabian language, what I really don’t know. I felt not safe, insulted, humiliated- while I told that Im would love to invest in your art and stay more often, anyway my experience I consider as discusting. The tea and simple gin& tonic i was waiting always an hour. Salad came another that, I ordered.
