Overview
This elegant modern hotel is situated in the city centre, only 150 metres from Genk Railway Station. Ecu benefits from free Wi-Fi. The shopping street and commercial district are right around the corner and can be reached on foot. Each of the rooms at Hotel Ecu features minimalist-style décor and includes a flat-screen TV and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. An extensive breakfast buffet is served daily. Guests can make use of the bicycle rental service to explore the local area. The lounge also includes an area with a flat-screen TV where films and sports are shown. The FIA karting circuit is a 10-minute car journey from the hotel. Hoge Kempen National Park is a 20-minute drive from Ecu. The centre of Hasselt, featuring the Fashion Museum, is 20 minutes’ away by car.

Location - shops, center, buses, shop opened late at night across the street, train station all within 5 minutes walk. Size of the room was good.

I'd like to highlight the service and kindness of the reception staff, and everything was perfect. I was treated very well and attentively. The place is well located, very convenient, and the price and quality are excellent. I'll definitely be back.

Reception was very nice and helpful, I even got a nice upgrade of the room to a larger place. The room was spacious and comfortable, plenty of sockets for electricity which may be of use to people staying for work. The bed was nice and large. Airco also did its job well. The location can't be faulted, just around teh corner from city center, across the street from the train station.

“Comfortable hotel with good location for local amenities.”
The room was very comfortable for both my wife and I. The location within Genk, was local to shops and restaurants and not far from the railway / bus station. Breakfast offered a variety of foods and coffee, tea and juices. Helpful staff at reception as well as in the restaurant.

The hotel's location is excellent, central but quiet, right next to a park. Even though it's on the street, parking isn't a problem.
