Basic, clean rooms. It made the job. Our room was at 4th floor and was quiet. Plenty of restaurants around the hotel

The hotel is reasonably clean and comfortable for the price, however, we were told we could park outside by a member of staff (who was very nice but badly informed), when it was late and we couldn't read Flemish, and next morning our car was towed away and we had to pay a 275 Euro fine! So this soured our stay and the hotel did not offer us anything in compensation.
