Very convenient, clean (except some dust on apparently less used items...), well equipped kitchen, quiet and interesting area around. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Great location, close to C-MINE and many restaurants. Close to motorway between Brussels and Aachen (Aken). Nice with a small terrace outside, quiet neighbourhood.

We arrived at 04:00 in the night after an event. Even then we had super friendly staff.

Layout was twin bed instead of double. Once we moved the bed we noticed how dirty the floor underneath the bed was. Breakfast snacks left in kitchen area were plain and tasteless, shower very small, location was difficult to get to by walk and the cafe in the front was overpriced, didn’t accept card payments and only served sweets with 20 minute waiting time for a simple pancake that was sub-standard.

The beds were comfortable. It was also clean and enough linens and towels were provided. It also had all the necessary amenities like tv and kitchen.

The room itself was very spacious and clean. Good location in a very pretty place. Lots of breakfast options nearby.

Lovely! A really nicely thought out setup. The room was so good. Modern and private with good facilities. Locally there is a huge choice of eateries but on a Sunday, not many options for grocery shopping.

We booked two rooms for my wife and me, and our children,, both with walk in shower and terrace. We were given rooms that had neither. Both were upstairs and had showers over the baths. Also, we wanted to sit outside and eat but without a terrace we could not. My wife and I booked our room with a double bed, but were given two singles. I phoned when we arrived and found this, but there was no answer, so we had to accept them. Obviously, we we not given the rooms that we had booked and that had been confirmed to us.

Bed was comfortable and the kitchen equipment was completely sufficient.

The hotel is located in a neighbourhood in which you can truly enjoy cuisines from different cultures. I also like the room that provides comfort and quietness.
