“Simple”
The staff were so kind. The location was good. The bed was comfortable and we love that it is pet friendly. It's very simple and clean. There was a fridge, a big room, and no deposit was required.

Booked a king bed room. Upon arrival I was given a 2 full size beds instead. Manager stated he was giving me 2 beds for price of 1.

big bed, very clean room. quiet area of the complex. room was cleaned a few times during the stay. close to food places. which gave large choice of foods to get.

“Perfect location and more than adequate for a budget motel!”
Great value for money. Large place with a lot of rooms. Everything in our room worked and we were able to open the window. Room was clean enough. Linens were fresh and clean. Location is central to everything in the finger lakes region and makes for an easy drive to anyplace from East Rochester to Auburn.
