Upon entering the room, there was a piece of paper, that listed what it would cost if we broke something, if there were stain, on the sheets, etc. It contained about 10 or so items. We took pictures and video. We stayed for the night, took pictures before we left/checked out.

We appreciate the extra assistance that the staff provided just to ensure that we will have a very convenient stay. Sa room naman, WIFI was fast and was very helpful for my conference calls.

They were able to secure a parking space for us which is really really kind of them. Everyone has been so helpful especially the receptionists and the housekeepers. Very nice din ng interior nila, it gives us a very homely vibe kaya ta home na at home lang kami pati sa pagtulog.

Despite having alot of luggage, the staff went all the way just to help us during check in and check out. Just need to present your identification and provide the deposit. The check out went so smoothly. Room size is spacious enough so we really had a nice comfortable stay. This is a must hotel to book.

This property in GenSan provides pretty much everything that we needed. I usually do alot of meetings even outside work that is why I am so happy that their WIFI works super fast. they have the WIFI sa rooms and even sa public areas .
