“Unforgetable experience durng 7.8 earthquake!”
Nice hotel in very good position, it has many good restaurants and 7/11 close, During my stay yesterday, there was a 7.8 earthquake, the hotel stay safe, they give free water to the guests

No coffee or tea or creamer or sugar, no mugs, nothing, lol, only Hotel I have visited with no in room drink making facilities. Breakfast is a joke too😅no cutlery, nothing, got to ask for everything, like you are dishonest. Poor, poor, Hotel.

“Decent except for breakfast”
Breakfast was my only disappointment, the hot food was always cold, this could so easily be fixed.

The Staff were 5 stars amazing!!! so helpful and so friendly!!! Keep up the good work!!! The rooms were comfortable, aircon was a welcome relief at the end of each hot day!

“The place, although a bit pricey compared to the general average, had the most ideal location.”
The location was very centric towards the local SM Mall. Walking distance actually, Size of room was good. Did not feel claustrophobic. Staff were very good. Friendly, addressed inquires effectively and were efficient.
