Slow and dirty shower drainage. Slippery and oily floors leaving footprints mark. Smelly and dirty towels.

“Compared to other hotels we stayed in Gensan for 1 month this hotel is the most expensive but below”
Breakfast was unlike other hotels with choices of salads, soup, main course, fruits and eggs as well as coffee and hot chocolate. The room needs repairs and painting. The glued shower head fell on the floor. Some of the paint peeled off. The chair in the room was very wobbly so somebody could fall easily. They didn't clean the room unless you asked them. There was the kettle but they only provided sugar. No coffee or tea for the 3 nights we stayed there. Overall they are lacking maintenance and don't seem to care about the customer service. We paid for 4 people with breakfast but the hotel said their policy is that breakfast is only for 2 people. We had to show the receipt to prove we paid for 4 breakfasts.

what i didn't like is when you will stay on 5th floor, you can't use the elevator to ground floor. The AC is a bit noisy specially at night. The bathroom towels not ready upon checked in and I have to wait for till past 6pm.
