The Swimming pool🏊is good and very clean and the room also the food is good.

“Ridiculous situation”

We arrived early at 1:00 p.m. even though the room was ready they would not allow us to check in early unless we paid extra. Went to a local coffee shop coming back at 140 guys still would not let us check in they came to us at exactly 2:00 p.m. and then said we could check in to our room it was a ridiculous situation

The food eaten in the cafe and or resterants were good. The setting outside the room was also good. The staff were pleasant to talk to and helpfull where they could be within the constraints of the management

The place is nice and relaxing. However, the staff are very slow to act — you need to constantly remind them about your requests. I stayed for 3 nights, and I hope they can improve by checking the rooms regularly to provide bottled water and tissue so guests won’t have to keep calling. I requested towels but had to follow up multiple times before receiving them. At check-in, they gave me the wrong room. I was very tired from a long trip and already asleep, but they kept knocking on my door to correct the mistake. I asked if we could fix it the next morning, but they didn’t allow it. I also requested breakfast to be delivered to the room since my father has difficulty walking. I placed the request at 6:40 a.m., but by 7:30 we still hadn’t received anything. When I followed up, I noticed that other guests who came later than us were already eating. The service is really slow. And lastly, I decided to swim in the pool at almost 8 a.m. (even though it opens at 7 a.m.). I don’t usually swim, but since the ambiance was nice, I was excited. When I arrived, the staff told me swimming was still not allowed because they hadn’t finished cleaning. Imagine — almost 8 a.m., yet they hadn’t vacuumed the pool earlier at 6 a.m. as they should have. I couldn’t wait around for that since I had a schedule to follow, and I was only staying for 3 days in GenSan. Please note I booked two room

I like the location, the soft bed and AC room. My son had fun in the pool.

It was in a terrible condition, the bedside tables and desk were dirty and scratched. The wardrobe had 5 plastic hangers and nodoors!! The bathroom had an electrical socket hanging off the wall and the tiles could have done with a good scrub
