“Ok for a short stay. longer stays better being closer to town”
Small unit in a subdivision not close to town every thing the neighbours were doing could be heard all hours of the day and night. Dusty carpet and smelly septic needs upgraded

Sorry, but it wasn't really clean. I stayed 2 nights and after I had a rash on my skin. I really can't recommend it and ask myself why it has so good reviews. I paid 65 euro for 2 nights. It's too much. Really, there are so nice cheap and clean apartments here. Don't book this. Especially not for for over 1200 pesos or 20 Euro

“A good spend for your money”
Ambience 10/10 Cleanliness 10/10 Accessibility 10/10 Kitchen tools are complete. AC is cold. Staff (Kuya Gilbert) is polite and very hospitable. Bang for the Buck.

“uncomfortable because of the toilet”
-the toilet bowl isn’t working properly, i had to manually flush it. -clogged drainage in the toilet -very old bath towels were provided -the bed is not comfortable to sleep in -tv has no other interesting channels only sports
